FAQ: How do I customize email reminders?
Reminders are nice, but the timing doesn't fit my desired workflow. How do I customize reminders?
There isn't currently a way to adjust the timing of reminders, so expect them weekly for now. That being said, we're looking into ways to build in greater control over reminders for both admins and employees alike.
Reminder emails are sent out on a Sunday (US time) ready for you to use as your Monday morning to-do list!

Hi Flavia - Not my question, but I'm personally looking to be able to customize when emails are sent and how they're triggered. Weekly really isn't enough for some of our users, as it's pretty easy to ignore. I'd like the option to send emails manually if we're having an issue with submission from a particular person, without having to find their report to "comment" on it.
