Is there an FAQ or link to documentation on the Expensify update process?

As the systems admin for a corporate customer, I need to understand the process Expensify goes through for updates/upgrades to our environment. Is there a schedule posted? Are there release notes that come out before an update/upgrade? is there downtime when an update/upgrade is applied? Are there ever planned outage times otherwise? Etc.
