Amex import not working

Expensify Customer Posts: 2 Expensify Newcomer
Amex card used to import but has stopped even though all the details are correct. Any ideas from anyone?

Hi @jamet123 thanks for posting. If you haven't yet, please email [email protected] so we can troubleshoot this further. We do not support troubleshooting card import in the Community due to the sensitive nature of the information often required.
