While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. FAQ: I'm on a group policy, do I need the monthly subscription too?
Probably not. Given that members on group policies already have access to unlimited SmartScans, there's likely no need to purchase the subscription for yourself. However, if you leave your company's policy for any reason, this subscription will be available for personal use if you need it!
