Difficulty merging

Hi

All of a sudden, this program isn't working. I'm getting error messages asking me to refresh my page as no changes can be made. I'm showing 2 charges on my report (when looking ar Report) that need to be merged but it only shows one copy in the Expense portion so no way to Merge the Credit Card charge with the picture. Please help.

Hi @Sfavret - not sure exactly what you are trying to do - any chance of uploading some screenshots of the problem? You say 'merge' cc charge with the picture, is the picture the receipt?

Hi @Sfavret - I'm sorry your experiencing frustrations, we're happy to help here.

Is there any chance the expenses are on a report in the Processing, Approved, or Closed state? You'll be unable to merge expenses after they've been submitted.

If the report is in an Open state, can you screenshot the error or what you're seeing without sharing any private information with us? A program I use is called Skitch, and it lets me screenshot, annotate, and blur any information that I don't want to share.
