Customer Support - ASAP

How do I speak with a person at Expensify? I need to call in to discuss an urgent matter and I cannot find a phone number or get a response with one from the chat function.

I need to speak with someone who can stop 30 Expensify cards from being mailed. Can you make that happen?

@kdriscoll I took a look at your account and it looks like only five cards were sent and they've already been activated. Their limit is set to $0 so the five employees won't be able to use them. No other cards are being sent.

I would really love to talk to a person directly. I was setting out to cancel all our Expensify credit cards when this happened. How do I go about doing that? They aren't working for us. We want to keep using Expensify for our Chase cards, which we already have set up.

Can you please let me know the names on the 5 cards going out so I can communicate with those people?

@kdriscoll -- You can see the emails of the individuals who have received their Expensify cards by heading to the Settings > Domains > [Domain Name] > Company Cards page of your account.
If the employee has received the card, they have a card number in the left-most column of the table. My apologies for not sending more information specific to your setup, but this is a public Community and I want to keep your info as private as possible.
