Customer Support - ASAP
How do I speak with a person at Expensify? I need to call in to discuss an urgent matter and I cannot find a phone number or get a response with one from the chat function.

I need to speak with someone who can stop 30 Expensify cards from being mailed. Can you make that happen?

@kdriscoll I took a look at your account and it looks like only five cards were sent and they've already been activated. Their limit is set to $0 so the five employees won't be able to use them. No other cards are being sent.

I would really love to talk to a person directly. I was setting out to cancel all our Expensify credit cards when this happened. How do I go about doing that? They aren't working for us. We want to keep using Expensify for our Chase cards, which we already have set up.

Accountant, Expensify Student Ambassador Posts: 1,362 Expensify TeamOptions@kdriscoll -- You can see the emails of the individuals who have received their Expensify cards by heading to the Settings > Domains > [Domain Name] > Company Cards page of your account.
If the employee has received the card, they have a card number in the left-most column of the table. My apologies for not sending more information specific to your setup, but this is a public Community and I want to keep your info as private as possible.

CS has gone dark on me. I had 2 accounts connected so I could simply choose the Workspace / Policy needed for each report since I have a consulting company and need an easy way to allocate expenses to different clients. My clients subscribe and I also subscribe separately. This has worked well for the past couple of years, and now something has changed all of a sudden in the last week. CS will not respond via chat. Please assist / advise.
