My catagories are missing, How can I get them.

It says I have violations and need to correct them, Please help.

Hi @Shirin! Thank you for reaching out via the Community!
It looks like you have Expense Violations enabled on your policy, as well is requiring categories.
To add categories to the expenses on a report, you will need to edit the expense. Just click on the expense to bring up the editing window, and from there you should be able to add the category to the expense.

It wants me yo enter the receipts of my old expensify reports of 2018. I don't have those receipts with me and also they are very many of them. I can import for this years, when I make my new reports. Please Help.

With Expense Violations enabled on your policy, a report that has violations will not be automatically submitted; however, you can still manually submit the report.
