Sometimes managing expense reports means asking employees for more information to support their expenses but we’ve got your back when that happens with attachments on report comments!
Attachments can be added on mobile and web by clicking the paper clip icon to the right of the new message box. Please note: This functionality replaces Documents and supporting documents should be added as attachments to report comments instead.
- Supported web attachment types include; jpeg, jpg, png, gif, csv, pdf.
- Supported mobile attachments are image files and you’ll use your camera+gallery to include an image.
