Temporarily Pause a User

Expensify Customer Posts: 3 Expensify Newcomer
Since we are not traveling/spending, is there a way to temporarily pause a user? Or, if I unassign a company card, can I re-activate it later? I don't want to lose the history of approved expense reports.
