If I turn off auto renew will I incur no more charges?

I am also very unhappy with the price increase and how it was implemented. My plan still says $5/month yet I am being charged $10/user/month. If I cannot cancel my subscription on an annual plan, I do not think the company should be allowed to increase my pricing 1/2 way into my agreed upon annual subscription.
I have changed everything to not auto renew. I just want to confirm if nothing is auto renewed I will not be charged after my subscription ends as long as no reports are submitted? In the meantime, I will find a more scrupulous company that has an annual subscription that they continue to honor during that subscription year.

I also agree. Companies should not change price in middle of subscription. Or allow customers to make adjustment in case of price change.

I'd like to know when we were told to put on Auto renew to enable. We were paying $7 AUD / user and now it went up to $28??
They are refusing to give me a credit back and actually I'm getting no where with the Concierge..
I'm very disappointed with the service and especially during a pandemic to quadruple the price!
