Since expensify went "free" why am i still getting charged?

We have an account with several users for which we have a monthly charge. However you recently announced that expensify is now free. What am I missing?

Hi @Robws,
To be clear, we recently announced a Free Plan (outlined here) which goes hand-in-hand with a new product offering. With that said, there are still standard paid plans available and in use by most of our customers. In other words, the introduction of the free plan isn't a replacement for the existing paid plans folks are Expensify - it's just a new option available to folks who need a more basic offering.
