Difference between FinancialForce FFA and PSA Integration
What is the difference between the two available integrations for FinancialForce? We use both PSA and FFA and I have the FFA bundle installed, but I am wondering if there are advantages to the PSA bundle.
Thanks!

Hi @klinnell - thanks for posting in the community! It sounds like you're on the SRP PSA integration already, as we currently can't connect any users with FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) to FinancialForce FFA.
You can check by heading to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections page:
Or you could check the Coding configurations:

Whereas the FinancialForce FFA connections offers:
It's simply a case of importing different subsets of information. If you'd like to check out the different Export options too, they're available here for FFA and here for PSA.

That is very helpful, thanks @Ted_Peeters!
The notification did not come via email. It was just a notification in the lower left corner when I was on the community page.

hey there @Ted Harris question: I am having both PSA / SRP and FFA module in my Salesforce instance.
I am running into problem of setting up connection with FFA module. I' have installed FFA package (Install FFA Expensify Bundle (Version 1.3) but when connecting to FinacialForce I only get an option of setting up my connection as if for PSA / SRP.
Do you know what might be the cause of this issue?

Hi @Sergiy_Fomin - Customers that have both FFA and PSA can only use the PSA option.
