What is the best way to manage my categories so they match my GLs in QuickBooks?
Hello!
I'm new to Expensify. I'd like to be able to remove the default categories in Expensify and ONLY use the categories I add to keep them consistent with my GL codes in Quick Books.
Can this be done and how?

If you'd like to include your GL codes with your custom categories, you'll need to use a Corporate Policy, as this is the only policy type that allows you to assign a GL Code to each category.
To update your categories, simply navigate to Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > Categories.
