FAQ: I accidentally selected the wrong plan, how do I back up and start over again fresh?

Not to worry! If you selected a policy plan by mistake, you can follow the steps below to get back your feet.

I chose Control but wanted Collect (or vice versa):

If you have an Annual Subscription, you'll need to reach out to Concierge for help. All other Group policy owners can:

  1. Log into your account using your preferred web browser
  2. Head to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Plan
  3. Click Switch to change your plan.


I chose Submit but wanted Track (or vice versa):

  1. Log into your account using your preferred web browser
  2. Head to Settings > Policies > Individual > [Policy Name] > Plan
  3. Click Switch to change your plan.
