Is there a customer service phone number for Expensify, where can I get an immediate assistance

We don't offer phone support. You can read more about Expensify's Support Methodology here.
That being said, you can always email us at [email protected] or send us an in-app message via Help and Feedback (click your user icon to reveal this when using the web app), or 'Ask us anything' in the Help & Feedback section of the mobile app.
If you're emailing, write to us from the email address associated with your Expensify account so we know where to look! Ask clear and specific questions, as well as provide examples (e.g., email addresses of affected users, report IDs, etc.) Since this is not a live chat, this will truly help us expedite the research of your issue and allow us to speak to any other teams that may be necessary to troubleshoot with you.

HI, I did send a message to your help desk, but it says you reply within a day. I was hoping you would have at least a chat option, so I don have to wait the whole day

I am trying to contact Expensify. But you did something to the email address I once found I think. I don't know. I asked for help understanding the criteria on how to set up my account so I can give you my grocery receipt. I told you I was blind. I know you tried to get back with me, but somehow I lost my path of contact.
