Expensify.org/hunger SNAP campaign status


The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that has been submitted per our instructions.


We're no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. Additionally, as of July 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new report submissions from existing policy members. Thanks for your understanding!

How do I delete my account?

I created this account at a seminar. I do not use your service. I never have.I want to delete my account because I don't want emails from you anymore.

The directions for deleting say to

  1. Click here and log in to your Expensify account.
  2. In the top right-hand corner go to “Settings”
  3. Click on “Account” then scroll to theDelete Account” section.
  4. Provide a brief reason for cancelation, check the confirmation box.
  5. Click “Delete my account”

The problem is under my "Settings" there is NO account option to click on.

Please DELETE my account.

    Hi @TedB54 - this section is now called "Close Account". If you'd like to let me know where you found those instructions, I'll get them updated.

    You can follow the instructions here to close your account and here for troubleshooting that. I've taken a quick look in the account associated with your Community Profile linked email, and the section is there for you in Settings > Account > Account Details > Close Account.
