If you enable Billable expenses, you'll be able to map your expense types or accounts to items in Sage Intacct.

The first thing you will have to do is enable the correct permissions on your Sage Intacct user or role. This can vary based on where your items are located in Sage Intacct so you'll need to enable read-only permissions on whatever combination of the following modules you are using:

  • Projects
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory Control
  • Order Entry

You'll then be able to map your categories (expense types or accounts depending on your export settings) to a specific item and these items will export to Sage Intacct.
