Like many it seems before, I am wondering if I have submitted everything correctly? My Expense shows closed, but when I tried to reopen and change the policy, there was no drop down menu as described above to change it to the Expensify.org/hunger. Please take a look and tell me what I need to do to correct this for the reimbursement, or if all is as it should be. Thanks!!

@rkloos1 Concierge reached out and I had retake the picture because I only scanned the total. The scan must show the top (store name etc) and total showing SNAP was used as payment.
They said to fold the receipt so both areas are visible. Don't worry about the stuff in between. It worked! I received the reimbursement this morning. If you have any questions, I am more than happy to help!

Hi @Vsass0908 and @Jami82 - we've currently got a lot of Reports to approve and process on our end, so wait times are likely going to be longer than expected.
I’m still processing and been doing that for a few days now. My receipt was from March 12th which is according to their rules in the timeframe allowed. I just don’t know why it’s still processing. I submitted the receipt days ago. It’s impossible to get customer service apparently and when I try to send them a message it just says message not sent. A lot of people have put their bank info on this app and it’s very worrisome when we can’t get help.

I’ve been waiting for approval since March 18th so how did you get yours done so quickly??? I submitted everything exactly as requested and email for information about how long the processing could possibly take and I just keep being told they are trying to get to me. But you get approved instantly so I’m confused?
@TiffanyN My submission was not instantly approved. I patiently waited days for the report to go through approval and reimbursement process.
The details stated it was a possibility to receive reimbursement the next day but it could also take 1 week.
If the status of your report is processing that's a great sign! Expensify is trying to approve the expense reports as quickly as they can. Hopefully, the wait won't be much longer.
If it says closed that is cause for concern. I would review the instructions given in this forum for correction and/or contact Concierge.
I must have read your comment wrong, I apologize but there are several posts/comments that the person stared they received it immediately. That was after mine was submitted correctly. I have been in processing since the day after I submitted my report. Just trying to figure out how they got approved so quickly. I have been waiting a week today.
